I started "that time" yesterday, and had a slight lunch binge today. And then got invited to Panera Bread at 2 and wasn't going to get anything, but had a whole grain baguette, and a little bit of a Mediterranean Salad without much of the salmon, and I really wasn't hungry. Stupid. But worked out REALLY hard with weights at the gym. I'm not reweighing myself until my cycle is OVER!

Well.. i've decided to stop concentrating so much on quick weight loss, and just eat healthy and make good meals, but just to stop snacking so much. And more coffee.. I swear, coffee makes you skinny! as long as I can go down an ounce daily, I'm progressing!
