So I'm still on this diet, or better said life style, should have lost 12 pounds by now but I had a disagreement with my old scale which cause me to relapse into my old ways of fried food. But I am back on track. The flow is steady and Im lowering my fat intake. I'm kinda disapointed that I am not at the weight I scheduled mt self to be, but I guess it will be ok. I really wanted to be at 130 for my b day.
Does Anybody know how to enter crunches or rope jumping?
