Welp! I'm back. And heavy again. Well, not terribly, but I've gained about 25 lbs back. I know why. And I know what I have to do.

But let's talk about what I've been up to since I've last been here. I've moved....twice. And this last one has really just taken the wind out of my sales. I hate the apartment, and refuse to do anything but clean in there. The kitchen is poorly designed and therefore makes it hard for me to want to cook. Which is why I have been eating macaroni and cheese and take out like it's my job.

And...I've gotten engaged. YAY!! I'm getting married on October 5, 2013. So, that's another reason for my to be back.I really need to just be there I want to be. And that's back to my lowest weight, and maybe a little lower. I want to look nice in my wedding dress. Another kick in the butt is that the bridal shop ordered me a size 10(!) which I know dress sizes are weird, but that seems so small. I was expecting a 14 or 16. So now I am scared that if I keep going the way I am, I won't fit into my dress at my first fitting.

I also, joined a gym. I know I was a huge advocate of home exercising and going outside and walking last time, but this time, I need to work out year round, and as I've mentioned, I hate this apartment, there is no room for me to work out, and living in NJ I hate the winter and being cold, so I've joined the health and wellness center in my town.

Let me tell you, it is amazing. It is headed up by the hospital in the area so there are nurses on staff and personal training. The best thing is, is that even though you have to pay for the one on one personal training, you get personal training "check ups" every 6 weeks. So they review your progress and tweak your plan accordingly.

My main plan is to first lose some weight and inches (ohhhh inches!) and then tone up. I just want my arms to look fabulous that day.
