Lost so far: 0.4 lb

Current Weight
184.6 lb
Performance: losing 6.3 lb a week

Goal Weight
140.0 lb
Still to go: 44.6 lb
I have lost 65 pounds!

How did I do it? A little bit of Weight Watchers, and a lot of calorie watching. I exercised, by walking every night.

I didn't pay for a miracle drug. I didn't go to meetings, I didn't buy special food. I prepared my own food and enjoyed what I was eating.

I gained a few pounds back, about 15, and now I am back and commited to getting back down to my lowest weight (About 130lbs) and hopefully keep going until I hit between 120 and 125lbs. I lost my resolve once, but never again.

Starting to work out again after months off!
Okay, I've been here for over a year, and I know that I know the answer, but at this moment it's escaping me.

After taking about 8 months off of exercising (I know, I know), I am back on the working out train. I know that when you restart a work out regime, you gain a little weight, it's because of water being held in your muscles, or because of latic acid or something. Can someone please elaborate for me. I can't think of the specifics and it's driving me absolutely nuts!

your best advice...
In the end, the only opinion that matters is your own. Friends, parents, children, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, wives; They are all important in other aspects, but if you don't like your opinion of yourself that's what needs to change.

Avocado Question
Alright, I like avocado! This is something that I know for a fact. I want to start making my own guacomole and being able to add avocado to my meals, but I need an "Avocado Purchasing Guide!"

I know how to cut around the seed in the center, but how do you know when they are ripe? I always buy them, and then they go bad in my refridgerator. Please help!

Made it safely out of Wal-Mart...
I'd really like to start a "I LOVE M&Ms" group.
