Finally in a new "decade"! Progress is slow, a little bit of one or two steps forward, half a step back (weight-wise), maybe stand still for awhile. But I'm in no great hurry (the time is passing just the same, right?), and the trend is definitely down. First time I've hit the 180s in 4 years! I'm actually good with that. Happy with what I'm eating (keto), and how often (two times a day, plus coffee; intermittant fasting for the rest). Still need to up the exercise, but it'll come.
