aduh tiap hari makan sayur, takut menghambat penurunan berat badan. canda sayur. met makan malam, tempe bakar 210gr ngejar protein harian, caisim rebus 52gr, sambel rebusan se sendok wkwksk.

yang diet nya di bawah 500kcal, MINGGIR!!!. selamat makan siang, Nasi 105gr, tempe panggang 185gr, dada ayam panggang 110gr, tumis caisim 120gr.

Hari ini libur fitness, ganti cardio ringan aja yang penting gerak. jalan cepat 30menit di campur jogging nonstop 20menit. estimasi kalori terbakar 300kalori. gerak segini aja belum berhasil membakar kalori sebungkus mie instan wkwk, cemungutt sobat buncit

Suka bingung deh, lagi diet gini porsi makan malah banyak banget soalnya cara masaknya cuma di rebus/panggang/kukus jadi kalori nya kecil. di tambah harus menuhin kebutuhan protein harian yang sampe 120gr perhari, BMR 1.800an, TDEE 2.400an.
