I was going to eat 3 of 8 slices of an apple earlier for my lunch and breakfast...but I felt too guilty just cutting it up, so I gave it to my sister. So far it's been 1 day, 14 hours, and 30 minutes since I've are anything. I'm thinking of asking my mom if I can weigh myself today, or if she'll weigh me & I won't look (just to make sure I'm not losing too much, but Idc if I am) but obviously I'm going to look, I just won't let her notice. I feel like I've lost more weight than I realize, only because all of my clothes that fit me or were snug a few weeks ago, are now baggy and falling off me.i see my psychiatrist on Wednesday...I'm thinking about telling her. I don't know though, I don't know how she will react or what she will do after I tell her all of this. 😐

I hope my parents, psychiatrist, and therapist do not find out I have this app, or more importantly what I'm using it for. They'll freak out and tell me I need to go back into treatment for my eating disorder...😣 I just want to get to my UGW. 😒
