I've been in the hospital for the past week so I've put on some weight. As soon as I get home I'm going to go back to my diet. wish I could say I'd start where I'd left off but sadly that isn't the case this time because my metabolism is pretty bad.
Edit: I just measured !y waist and I'm at 93.2 which is somehow less than last week even though I've lost weight.

I was away on holidays last Monday and the week so didn't get a chance to check in. I'm happy to have lost the weight I have so far, though I'm sure I must have gained a little over Christmas, but obviously not to much. I've started measuring my waist as well so I'm going to start logging those measurements in these entries too.

I forgot to check in yesterday lol. I'm proud of myself for still sticking with my diet even though we're getting close to Christmas, which of course means lots of sweets and other tempting things. I used to over eat on Christmas but this year I'm determined to stick to my guns and not give in.

Ended up staying with a friend for the whole week, I'm amazed that I was actually able to stick with my diet, haven't had any cheat meals yet, which I'm proud of because these cravings are hitting Real hard.
