I had a great weekend. I finally got to go back to the gym today. I did not want to venture out in the ice and blown in roads to get there. I do exercise at home when this happens. I do some yoga and other things aimed to other parts of the body. I started drinking more water..which is amazing for me. Most the time I don't drink anything, so I needed to fix that problem. I'm starting off at about 40-50 oz a day and hope to build myself up to 80 at some point. Good luck to everyone, make it a great week!!

I started on Janurary 29. As of March 2 I have lost about 20 pounds. I'm not much of a meat eater so I have pretty much stuck to Phase one for the most part. I go to curves about 5-6 times per week and have seen some results. From Jan 26- Feb 19 i have lost 4.50 inches and a little over 1% body fat. I'm pretty picky when it comes to food, so I'm looking for some recipes that will make things a little more exciting.
