I just started induction on Saturday, Nov. 7th, and have followed the rules to a T. /i have t admit, though, it's hard. I love bread and sweets, and all that stuff (plus Halloween candy!) is still in the house for the rest of my family.

We are going to visit my parents, and will be gone for a week or two, so I won't be starting until we get back and I can go grocery shopping. That's also gives me time to make a frugal meal plan for the first two weeks that doesn't include carbs, lol. I'm accustomed to using starches to stretch meals, so this will be a challenge.
