So what happened you say? I actually gained up to 194 between April 23 and May 1 so now I'm headed in the right direction again.

Ughhh, working out hard and losing very slowly. I know, I know, it's the food. Working on trying to get that under control. I'll do good until it's time to go somewhere special. Will do better this week. I hate to even right my food down when I know I have made poor choices.

Ughhhh, why is it so hard when it comes to food? I have been in a boot cmap for almost 12 weeks and I am not seeing the results like I htink I should. everyone that sees me thinks that I have lost a lot o weight, I guess my clothes tell it all but ughhhhh We work to hard for me to be this stagnated. I have built a muscle yes, so I will take that but the pounds are just not falling like they should. I have gotten a lot stronger too. Need another shock to my body.

Second day of UPHAT, it was a beast. I got more sore as the day progressed. During the workout I sweated more thatn I have in a very long time.
