I've been off the healthy bandwagon for a few months. I was reluctant to hop back on the scale, but I did it because I won't know how I'm moving forward if I don't know where I'm starting from. I prefer to weigh in in the morning, but I had time right now. Time to get serious.
Today my body fat was 34.3% and my water was 48.8%. From here things can only get better.

I have totally fallen off the healthy lifestyle bandwagon since about November. Usually I feel very discouraged at this point, but I actually feel optimistic right now. Thanks to livingsocial's great deals I have bought a doctor's visit to aid in my weight loss mission, pilates classes, and a month of unlimited bikram yoga.
I have stuck to my previous goal of greatly increasing my water in take and that has helped me feel much better overall.
Here's to a new year!
