Still feeling a bit under the weather but the cold is getting better. Didn't feel like eating much, but I was able to do a light workout at home. Exercises included 40 jumping jacks, 20 squats, 10 wall handstands, at least 30 candlesticks, 10 ab crunches hanging from the pull bar (what is the real name for those, leg lifts, hanging crunches,...?) Will still try to do a few more random exercises before bed. Only as much as I think my recovering body can really handle.

Got sick during my weekend visit with friends. Have a cold. Not at work today. I have eaten everything in sight and haven't been able to workout. I hope that I am better in a day or two so that I can resume workouts and focus on eating healthy again...and stop feeling miserable! I am thankful that the scales only show about a .25 lb. weight gain.

I have been on the Ageless Weight Loss NutriMed food plan since Feb 2013. I lost some weight before beginning the program. I have lost 62 lbs so far. 38 lbs to go.
