Amount of calories and exercise to lose weight
too complicated. Just reduce your calorie intake with 500 calories each day than usual and you will lose that 1 pound after 7 days.

Two weeks strong
Be committed and discipline over this. You said about incorporating some exercises. One of the greatest things you can do here is walking 1 hours everyday. Meanwhile, get some audio books and listen them on your headphones.

You can do both things at the same time, walk to lose weight and learn the things that might interested you in the past.

Get used and then jog and run 3-5 times a week. This way you will be able to eat once in a while a burger and pizza, you know?

Depending on how your bodyfat percentage is. Or do you mean from an well-being perspective only?

Any Advise
Well, are you sure that you are truly losing weight and not sweat water? Make sure you include some strength exercises and also do long distance runs. They will help you tone your body a little.
