Today I am 136! I was hoping for 135 today but that's not the case. However we are out of creamer so I am drinking black coffee... that is good :) Halfway to my goal, halfway to 130! Then after that my goal will be 120 and you get the jist. So tonight I am going out with some girlfriends to dinner and I hope to gather the strength to have water and a salad. Yesterday I went out with a friend and ate a salad, water, and mac and cheese... needless to say I was going to the restroom shortly after because my body doesn't like cheese. 130 I can get to 130!
