No gain, no loss. So far so good at maintaining without dieting at all. Diets have never worked for me, as I always gained the weight back plus more. I probably have lost over 1000 pounds in my life, but have gained about 1100.

Still eating whatever I want, but smaller portions. I have been riding my new recumbent trike regularly and the distance of my rides is increasing. The exercise has been key for me, as it is helping getting some strength back, and seems to help my whole mental attitude.
