Oh gosh so sore today!! I know I said I loved waking up sore, but not like this. After an extremely emotional night, I just want to curl up in a ball and die. I told myself I wouldn't cave and reach for the sweets, but I did. I am proud of myself for not overdoing it it but I still feel gutsy. Every setback counts. I don't know how to handle stress like this, it's makes me physically ill.

Have to go grocery shopping tomorrow. I didn't realize that the stuff I thought was healthy had so much sugar in it! Goin to cut out much more sugar and see how that affects my weight loss. Did zumba for 30 mins today and I feel great. I love waking up sore! Looked up how many calories I have to burn to achieve my goal, I have to burn 750 additional calories a day to loose 2 lbs a week. I think I can do that! I just have to stay motivated! Maybe the fact that i just found out that I'm almost obese will give me a push. A little depressing, but its motivation nonetheless.

It's so frustrating when I'm trying to not eat sweets and my husband keeps them in the house! I've done a tremendous job at holding off the past few weeks but last night I caved and had some carrot cake. And I wasn't even hungry!!! I was watching the chew and daphne oz made a good point; we could be so stuffed we don't want to move, but we will make room for something sweet. So true! Maybe if I just remember that it's all in my head I can gain some more willpower. Still no weight lost but I'm still hopeful.

I've had lots of fall outs in this weight loss journey. But for the past 2 months I've been doing really well in keeping with my exercise routinne and watcing what I eat. Yet no weight has come off! Not one pound! I'm distressed :/
