I have been sleeping all day... Very tired from not being able to sleep at night and staying up all night till I am so exhausted and fall asleep. Felt thinner when i awoke so I weighed myself and scale read 215.3!!! All I've had today is part of an Atkins shake but I did eat 2 Atkins bars last night and jello with cream.

Went out today alone which I rarely do nowadays but I really needed to get out and everyone else was either sick or busy. I went for a mani/pedi and also got a massage and a facial! This is a first for me! I'm lucky to get out to just get a mani/pedi!!! I work from home so I always have some work to do and packages to prepare or ship out. I really have to force myself to get out of the house besides just working on the yards. THEN I got home and colored my hair and took a shower, vacuumed the house before dragging out the carpet cleaner and cleaned all the carpets in the house. It has been awhile since I cleaned the carpets but since no one was home, it was the perfect time to do so. I'm exhausted, so I took another shower, changed the sheets on the bed and tucked myself in. Honestly, it didn't feel like I did that much but entering it in my journal, I sound crazy!! I have had a full day!

FYI~ My weight fluctuates throughout the day by 2 lbs... I am staying away from the Atkins products for now. I had to stop because my weight has stalled for the last 3 weeks and I feel they may have something to do with it. Very frustrating! As of yesterday, I cut out sugar-free jello as well because I found it sparks my cravings for sweets, especially at night when my cravings hit hard. . So while I am in the induction phase, I will just eat meat, cheese, vegetables, and avocado and see if this kick-starts my weight loss. =D
