Currently a Full-time accountant, 3/4 time student in my mid-50's. Very little time to focus on exercise and eating properly, so every little time-saving tip helps! Since going back to school I have gained 15 pounds and my energy has decreased as a result. I am looking to get back to focusing on eating correctly and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days per week.
