Wohooo! Slowly but surely I got back up to a healthy weight! I don't think 115 will be achievable any time soon, so I'm happy with this! go me!

Started a new self set program today. My goal weight has not changed, but the goal for my appearance has. Clearly I have a very active metabolism if I can eat normally, not exercise and still lose massive amounts of weight. Currently when I weigh in, fatsecret tells me I need to seek immediate medical attention as my body weight is "low". I am a petite, I have a small frame, I am not overly athletic and as such I have almost no muscle on my body. I have decided I am no longer satisfied with having saggy skin on my bones, so I have started a workout regime to build the muscle my body will need to help me live a normal life. Hopefully this will help with my knee and hip pain.
I have been told I need to eat more, so I am once again back to tracking my food intake on this website. I need to take in a minimum of my RDI of calories or I will never be able to put on muscle. I am just a small eater, so I believe that this in itself will be the hardest part of my regime. I may not be "fat", but I am far from healthy, and this needs fixing.
