My best and hope it helps. EAT breakfast, 2 hrs later snack on something high protein, ie hard boiled egg, herring, slice of ham,chicken, cheese (only 50 calories) lunch I have chicken sausage (Costco) beets, and 10 veggie crisps. Then an apple about 3:00, and dinner is chicken (4 oz) green and red, orange peppers. Snack is sugar free ice cream (2/3 cup.). Done. Lost 38 lbs!!!!!

controlling food intake
Not eating is a way of destroying you and your body. Other serious issues as you state derive from those other issues. Stay the counselling route with education. Best to you.

From What I looked up,no knowledge here, check out and interview at least 3 or 4 doctors who specialize in this.
