Cheat Day
I dont really like the idea of cheat days, though I'm sure in the past I have had days like that..
But when I think of trying to be healthy, I think of changing my whole lifestyle. So for an extreme example,
Say an alcoholic stops drinking, but has one day where they can get drunk. That person hasn't fully changed their lifestyle, they're still weighed down by the need for their addiction. Its still a part of their life, you know?
So.. if your plan is to completely change your life from unhealthy, to healthy, then why would you want to give yourself an opportunity to ruin the hard work you've already done?
Why not just keep doing what you're doing, eating healthy, and living a healthy life without the need for those unhealthy choices that you dont want to be a part of your life?
Now, I am new at this site, and I'm not an expert.
This is just my view on the situation, and I hope it helps.
Just stick with it. <3
