Hey everyone. What are some of the things that people do to break through the weight stall. Iv come to understand that its normal. But just for the days I feel stuck what do you guys do that WORKS? Please share. Thank you in advance

When you finally decide to commit that's the secret. That's when the lbs start to fall off.. Let's do this no more cheat days... All they are, are set backs and regrettable moment.

Got lazy with writing everything I eat. Gotta get back to that... Annnnd iv been scared to weigh myself since the last gain but I think iv done well fingers crossed! Next weigh in at the end of the month
