Cheat meal #4
10k~ calories
194.4 lb (carbed up for basically 2 days)
Going to start IIFYM tomorrow..see how well dieting with that kind of macros goes

Day 20 Ketosis + IF
1 hour cardio
6:40 to 8:50 pm eating window.
Ate around maintenance calories today because i went to eat with my brother and his friends and ended up having some rice and teriyaki sauce along with my 20pc salmon sashimi. Also, had some chatilla donuts in the mix of it too. We'll see how much i weigh and how i look tomorrow before my cheat day :D. Also today was a longer fast than usual..
Cardio was the easiest today in the whole week. I had a sticky note on the time so i am less anxious now and my body is used to the 12.5 incline now too

Day 19 Ketosis + IF

upper body
20 minute post workout cardio
3:55 to 4:50 pm eating window.
Cardio was easier today, body is getting more adjusted to the increase in incline (12.5). Fitted in 3 chatilla donuts into macros today..We'll see how that effects my weight for sunday morning..hopefully doesn't do shit and IIFYM actually works.

4:00 to 4:35 pm eating window.
Was tired as shit after the 3SO3 2% bonus mark but still finished the fasted cardio..Getting lean is not fucken easy and the cardios brutal.

Day 17 Ketosis + IF
1 hour cardio

20 minute post workout cardio
1 hour and 15 minute~ basketball
4:30 to 5:05 pm eating window.
Was tired as shit today after chinese class but still finished all the cardio and working out. I know realize how hard staying/getting lean is and theres no such days as cheat days. Theres sacrifice days because those days your sacrificing some days that you busted your ass.
