Did Ihop today, and was surprised to see that by eating the spinach, tomato mushroom omelette with fruit I was just as satisfied as when I get the big steak omelette with crepes..well..almost...mmm crepes....with a side of sausage links it was only 11 points versus 28...so yay :) They seem to have one of the better healthy menus I've seen.
on a related note,
WHY DO ALL RESTAURANTS WITH A 'HEALTHY' MENU THINK THE ONLY POSSIBLE SIDE IS STEAMED BROCCOLI?
TASTE BUDS: "EWW".
STOMACH: "OWWW".
BAH.

going to keep a measurement log. Sometimes it's not that I lose weight, but it moves around! Plus, I refuse to buy new bras and as a certified bra fitter I need to look good in mine if i'm gonna do any recommending (btw ladies- you
all
are supposed to get remeasured
every 6 months
-especially with all this weight losing!)
Bust: 46 (same- 42D-want to get back to 36C! Wearing 40C)
Waist: 41 (was 42 before WW yay!)
Hips: 46 (was 48 before WW yay!)
Wow, see? I've only lost 7 lbs. but everything is moving around lol.

losing 2.0 lb a week

Tomorrow is weigh-in day for my husband and I...can't weight :P hahaha! I'm special! Anyway, put on my coat today and felt about a half-size smaller! Pretty good for two weeks! I know I'll have to start factoring in exercise once I lose the first bit of 'pig-out' fat-next phase? the 'lazy bum' fat! Then it would be the 'boredom eat' fat and THEN the hardest, the pure old-fashioned 'i'm wiggin out' stress fat. If i can lose all that, I'll be happy with my 'I'm an apple on toothpicks' hereditary fat :)
cheers,
White
