ok...so...i've been gone a while and now no points values on food diary...I smell a cease and disist from WW...hahaha, stupid people making you pay to be healthy. I don't go to meetings, and you STILL have to pay to use their website???? That's what's wrong with america!!!! GAH!!!
ok rant over. Can someone give me an RDI ratio for WW points? I can't remember exactly, but I know that using a points system puts you below your rdi usually. And I'm sure there is a formula somewhere!!! There has to beeee! D:

Yay I has internets again!
Spent the past few months moving into a new home, so it's time to get back into the swing of things. Didn't follow points but still kept the weight off, so I guess I learned something!
