Since getting married and having a daughter I've been slowly pilling on the weight but after trying on some clothes that used to fit me it became a wake up call to get back in shape!

Current goal is to lose 10kg.

Food preoccupation
It is difficult as you are changing habits. What has really helped me is having something short term to focus on (a family holiday in June). Once you start to see the results (your bar will go yellow then green too) you won't feel like snacking and constantly worrying about food.

What has also really helped is that I prepare my own home made soup for lunch. I make a big pot on Sunday night (and freeze some). I make sure I use protein (turkey or chicken) and blend it all up so it takes longer to get through my system and keeps me full throughout the afternoon.
