I am starting my challenge tomorrow (yipee), However, I am heading away Monday for a week to see my family. So I have made a promise to myself that I will make good choices during the week and stick to the challenge, that I have signed up for. I also make the promise to start my exercise regime again have slacked off for the past couple of weeks so need to get back on track if Im to lose this extra weight, that is literally dragging me down. Einstine says "you cant solve a problem from the same consciousness that created if. You must learn to see the world anew" - so by applying that to my life I need to change my behaviour and my relationship to food. I want to start living my life and enjoying it, not held back because I dont feel good in the clothes that I wear. So in order to do this I need to make a change and not be afraid of change. Therefore, tonight Im going to treat myself (guilt free) to something nice before I begin my detox tomorrow and experience withdrawal symptoms for the first time in my life. :) cant wait!!

feeling crap today. Need to start exercising, but as the school is closed for holidays Im finding it difficult to incorporate exercise into my day. I also bought a cal count watch off the internet and must say its bloody crap. It doesnt work and am so annoyed over wasting my money. SIGH!!! anyway, looking forward to this four week challenge starting on Sunday. I dont know how I will manage to curve the cravings during the four weeks - but hey, if I lose 10 pounds it sure will be worth the tamtrums ;)
