Fell off the wagon. Hubby wanted Mexican for dinner last nite. Didn't realize it had so may carbs in a taco. Plus I followed it up with 4!! jelly beans. Never again. Put my way over my carbs for the day.

Back on the wagon today, I hope - it's a bumpy ride.

No change again. Sure is disappointing when I'm trying to be so good. Don't give up girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hubby is still doing well. Looks like he's dropped 2 nire lbs from dr. scale. Keep up the good work,

Trying to follow. Getting little sick of green salad already. Have to look for a change up I can take to work. Back to gym. Still pain in my shoulder and arm. If I could move it 24 hrs a day It would feel better. Nights are still tough. Only 2 Advil yesterday.
