I drank a cup of chocolate milk (210 calories). I need to be extra good in order to stay under my RDI. :(

I did lose a pound, but I ate too many calories today. I went over my RDI because i thought what I ate didn't have many calories. At least I did my workout for today...

I am disappointed. I ate some trail mix for breakfast and didn't pay attention t the serving size, and ate half a cup. That is double the serving size. (But it was tasty and satisfied my sweet tooth)
