Meal 2: Apple
Meal 3: Veg salad w/diet dressing
Snack 3 handfuls cheetos :(
Meal 4: 1/2 cup beans, 3 slices am. cheese, small piece chicken brst., 1 cup strawberries

Phase 1
4:15 am Breakfast: 1 egg fried in canola oil spray. 3/4 glass pineapple/orange juice.
8:40 am Meal 2: citrus fruit cup.
11:55 am Meal 3: Salad w/low cal Italian
3:45 pm Snack: 1 Balance Bar
6:30 pm Meal 4: 1 1/2 cups Steamed broccoli w/1 tbsp low fat margaraine, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cheese stick
30 minutes on treadmill + 20 minutes shampoo downstairs carpet ;)
I actually started the diet
today
, but somehow managed to lose a ton of weight last week -- by eating FRIED CHICKEN for most of the weekend -- go figure. I usually gain two or three pounds after a binge like that, but went the other direction for some reason. Maybe I can keep from gaining it
back
this time by staying on the diet (fingers crossed).
