finally! after the holidays are over, i'm down 3 more pounds. getting back to yoga on wednesday, too, which should bump the weight loss down some more. 22 more pounds to my first major milestone!!

after plateauing... FINALLY! I haven't been eating the best (it's the holiday season, after all) and I haven't done as much yoga, but I was so glad to see the scale change. I've officially lost 25 lbs now :D I have 15 Bikram Yoga sessions left before Jan 18th, so I need to make sure I hop on that, too! I'm just trying to make it through this week without my diet going haywire. Again.

Feeling sickly today... was supposed to go do yoga, but I was worried I wouldn't make it through class. Stayed tight on calories (and fat) though, even though I had a chocolate bar. Which was delicious.
Weight has stayed steady for the last week. I may not be eating enough and my body thinks it starving... really body? really?... so I'll try to amp up my calories and watch my exercise diary closely for the next few days.
Tomorrow night is my friends birthday party, and Saturday is the xmas party, so it will be hard to track calories those days. I work tomorrow but Saturday I will be doing yoga again.
I really want to end the year as close to 280 as possible. That will be 30 lbs down since I started, and I should FINALLY start to really see the weight loss by then. I only have a month left to do yoga, so I need to hit that up in a major way before Jan 18th.
