I did Insanity Plyo today which was harding because of the amount of sleep I got last night and how early I had to wake up to do it...but it's done.

I'm tired of half a$$ing my weight loss and I'm ready to get permanently serious about being comfortable with my weight again. Sometimes I can't believe that I was down to 220 lbs. which is about 10 lbs away from my goal when my goal was abou weight loss. I was looking at my pictures recently and I noticed that yes I was about 30 lbs smaller but it was just weight I was losing instead of gaining muscle and losing fat. My main focus now is to lose fat rather than just weight so if I stay 250 but have 9 or 10% bodyfat I'm absolutely fine with that (not that that's possible).

I have to stay accountable with my eating and not go crazy with my "diet," I realized that I can lose weight when I'm strict but I tend to be too strict and end up going in the reverse (like now). I felt better at a smaller body weight but I was hungry more often so here's my plan.

Eat when I'm hungry (nutritionally dense food) workout 6 days a week doing my p90x/insanity hybrid and when things slow down I'll change it up a little bit. I'm only going to have my bad meal twice a month in stead of once a week and if I'm craving a little something I might have to give in but be mindful or portion control. I'm not going to weigh myself except maybe once a month, my progress will be measure by weekly pictures.

I'm done making the same promise to myself year in and year out, I'm not waiting until after the holidays where I know I'll just give myself a pass, gain another 10 lbs and start in January, it's time to start today.
