going okay, eat what I like on the weekend within reason and stick to things through the week seems to be working. Heaviest has been 64.5 and now lost that and nearing the 62. ? area which is great

Am away from home looking afer my Mum so am not able to be as strict as I would like, have had to guess this weight and hope it is on the way down.

Off again got to lose the 2kgs I have put on before it gets to be more. Working on protein toast in the morning, low sugar marmalade, fruit and yoghurt for lunch, protien and salad for dinner no carbs and a glass or wine for a treat. If this does not do it will head straight back to scarsdale proper on Friday.
