Got married last weekend! and between cake and poor eating habits cropping up my weight has started a steady climb and I am starting to have skin issues again. Too much sugar :(
I have decided to get back on track though and as of today, I am back to eating like I should be.

I have been fasting trying to get my weekend weight off and last night started walking again. I walked again this morning and before I left for work I weighed less than I did before my splurge weekend!! Super happy, and I am almost at my next milestone!

Over ate this past weekend, but after fasting yesterday I am almost back to where I was before my splurge. I am hoping that after my fast day Wednesday I will be back to where I was and ready to keep dropping the Lbs! I know the 5:2 diet or ADF seems restricting and difficult, but it has really motivated me to find better meal choices. If you have time check out www.budgetbytes.com she breaks down her recipes by how much it costs per person and keeps it under 2 dollars per person a meal, for really amazing food. I had the vegetable tian last night and was amazed at how filling and delicious it was at under 200 calories.

I really blew it this weekend. We went out to dinner with friends Friday, went fishing all day Saturday (with mostly junk food) then had a fish fry Sunday. I am honestly feeling pretty awful from all of the crappy food I have eaten lately. Today I am fasting and hope to get back on track for good.
