Alright, I'm back after 3 blow out days. Have been out and about at job interviews etc.
Have eaten some rubbish stuff and am def noticing it in my clothes!
Time to get back to it today. Have eaten OK today - bar the shortcake thing I had at arvo tea.
Finding it really hard not to buy food when I am at work, its not like there is anything around that i really want, but i always feel the need to buy something. driving me insane. i'm sure I take enough food for lunch, but i cant seem to break the habit.

ugh, again i've gone over my calories for the day!! bummer ... although according to the diet diary, my outgoings are still more than the incomings. is it 500cal a day to burn 1kg a week???
OH and i have just realised that it says i am losing 1.8 kg a week ... not sure how that works out??? cos i'm not!!
