I woke up this morning and thought, "Oh, shit! I have to watch my caloric intake again?"
Yes, you do. There is no Santa Claus in weight loss. No magic pill, no magic diet, nothing at all. You must work and count calories and exercise every day, every minute. Nothing else works long-term.
