Ate too much Mac & cheese today & not enough vegetables. Went grocery shopping brought lots of vegetables. Going to try less carbs. Looking for bicycle tomorrow.

I feel defeated by giving into my craving for Chinese food. Then when shopping for dinner and bought more fatten food. Although it was my daughter that brought the lasagna, but I eat it. This was Saturday, I will make better choices.
