6 am comes to early in the morning. I did get 6 hours of sleep which for me is excellent. Now to keep my calories at 2100. I would prefer to be at 2000 but breakfast was 550 so it might be hard.

Why is it so easy to put weight on but so hard to take weight off? I am here to help with my very aggressive goal of no less than 80 pounds to at most 100 pounds in the next 22 weeks.
