Again no weight loss start pissing me off really!!!
I can't be regularly active I know it helps but i'm trying my best in my spare time, at least i follow a healty diet.
So disappointed!

I made some measure instead using the scale, almost every day to get an average of my size (boops, legs, tummy, bum circunferences), apparently ive lost 3 cm (1 to my waist and 2 to my chest). Needed more the bottom really but it is a start.
Ive done some activity now, can't find it in the activity journal so ive entered 30 minutes dance, pretty silly but that about the amout of calories ive burnt.
So it was 1 h fitness dvd.

Day 3.
I love this mobile app and the websitw, i can see how much i eat and how the diet is balanced with food. Doing well, still starving a little bit.
