After 3 weeks for drinking 64 or more oz of water a day, I now only have to stop 3-4 times in a 11 hr driving shift lol. This has been a good week for hubby and I we have kept our calories in check and walked all but one day this week due to time. We are finding some nice walking areas along our route, today we walked in VA at a really nice truck only rest area, I really enjoy our walks.
We did go out for dinner last night but shared a meal, it was just enough.
Will be home tonight so weigh-in in the morning I really think I did good this week.

Today David and I are back on the road to a healthy lifestyle as we once started last year than life kinda got in the way. After me reaching almost 290lbs my highest weight ever and it getting in the way of our day to day life, I decided I needed to do something. We are far to young and happy to let our health get in the way.
The challenges we will face:
Work- who doesnt right??? Well we drive truck as a team which means the truck is always rolling. I drive 11 hrs during the day he drives 11hrs at night running from PA to S Cali.
Food- being on the road poses a problem in its self. Convenince foods are getting much healthier and with some shopping around and preplanning we can keep good food in the truck. We have 2 44qt electric coolers and a microwave.
Home- Not to much of a problem other than time. We get about 34 to 48 hours off each week in this time we take care of any appts,housework,laundry and shopping along with cleaning the truck which is more our home lol but we have a treadmill to get our walks in at home along with a wii and a host of work-out DVDs.
My husband(David) is a great support and in return for his caring and encouragement I get up everyday and try once again to eat health n work out so we can have a long life together.
