Joined the YMCA on Sept. 1st. I have been working out for one month for four days a week. Lost 8.5 pounds first month !!!!

15 minutes on treadmill this morning.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday walked ten minutes on treadmill. Saturday increased to fifteen minutes. Took Sunday off and Monday was going to do ten as I had taken a day off but when I got there I knew I could do fifteen. Will try to stay at fifteen for the week and then maybe by Friday or Saturday increase to twenty minutes. Am trying not to sit at this computer as long each day also.
