Alright, lets remember yesterday. I have to say, I was somewhat ok. Breakfast, a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with 2% milk. At work, cut up Red Delicious Apples (quantity 3 small apples), cut up celery sticks, slim fast (w/ oatmeal cookie on the side... shame on me) for lunch, yellow peppers, and cherry tomatoes with ranch (regular... I know) as dip, and I had 1 chocolate cookie, don't ask me which one but it was bakery made. For dinner, my husband took me out to a chinese buffet. I had several pieces of sushi, less than a half a cup of chinese rice, several fried shrimp, a few small pieces of pepper steak, (...) well you get the point. It's a buffet but I didn't have more than 1 plate of sushi, 1 plate of food (not filled mind you) and a desert plate, all accompanied by 1 glass of Coke.
As far as activity level goes, I tried my hardest to stay up and about at my desk job. I was extremely hyper about getting my new apartment so I was walking around counting down the minutes to leave work. I was pretty active until I went to bed last night. Cleaning the kitchen, preparing lunch for the next day, the usual wife stuff.
As for today, I woke up a bit queezy from last night's chinese (the soy sauce was WAY TOO SALTY) so I did not eat any breakfast. At the moments I am munching on Multigrain Cheerios. I'm sure a Drug Rep brought lunch today so I will update this as to which wrap I ate. Until then... ciao.
