Started WeightWatchers, mostly to keep better track of calorie intake. I think writing down everything I eat is a necessity at this point. Also started a new plan on working out - getting up to do at least 20/30 minutes on elliptical in the morning, and will do the weight training in the evenings 4-5 days week.

40 by 40 - my new goal. Lose 40 pounds (actually, a little less - hit my goal weight of 145, which would require a los of 37 pounds) by my 40th birthday on November 20th!! I've totally slacked off during the summer but have 'only' gained 5 pounds, but I'm re-focused!
