I feel slightly bloated, mainly because I eat too much bread.
I need to start cutting down on carbs, eat more salads and fish and continue with my exercise routine of x3 times a week at the gym.
I'm not happy with my body and need to start toning on certain areas otherwise I'll never look good in the summer bikini!
Eat more healthily, cut down on the alcohol and continue to go to the gym 3 times a week.
