I have been walking to work to save money and get in my exercise it is a 4 mile trip 1 way it takes me 1hr30 mins. I am enjoying it my son rides his bike so He keeps me going at a very fast pace. I am already noticing a diffrence in the way my clothes fit. I am loving it.

worked out 1hr yesterday and an 1hr today . feeling somthing a little sore tonight. drinking lots of water. and eatting fairly healthy. can't wait for my first weigh in.

I am getting better but still have the chills and still getting winded easily.hoping to be well enough to put in a good work on Monday.I have started drinking more water about 100 oz a week.

rough day today i have been sick just climbing the stairs in the apartment wiped me of energy.I skipped my little work out in hopes of feeling better tommorrow.set my self a pretty good mini goal 10lbs a month wich according to a fitness instructor is an attainable goal for any one.going to pick up more fruits and veggies.

I have always struggled with my weight and at one point i was able to lose 50lbs and keep it off. when i got pregnant i was almost hospitalized because i couldn't gain any weight.Then i put on 30lbs and i am back up in the 200s i am 31 years old and my weight keeps platueing every 5lbs i lose.When i started this journey of weight loss last June I weighed 230lbs I am down to 210lbs but still have a ways to go.
