SO FAR TODAY I ATE AN EGG AND SAUSAGE SANDWHICH. I AM GONNA BE EATING CHILLI DOGS AND CHIPS FOR DINNER.

Well so far today I have eaten a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and drank a glass of chocolate milk. I have also had some spaghetti and some water. I am done for the day...

Well I ate a pork chop and had 1 class of soda... I had an apple earlier... I would like to stay away from the soda and junk food.... Also I would like to start exercising more... I am gonna work hard to get to my goal weight...

I would like to lose 76lbs in the next 4 months if it is possible.... I am doing everything I can to lose the weight but it doesn't seem to want to come off...
