6.5. If you are going to tell someone that no one is paying attention then you might want to not pay attention. Just saying...
Judgement is a great part of life IF we do it correctly.

Perhaps this would be better: Bicep curls, when performed correctly, isolate the bicep motion from the body. Using your body to create momentum detracts from the momentum. If the weight is too heavy to curl without body motion then you may want to consider using lighter weights.
