Woo Hoo, I have lost almost 10lb. I feel great and size 12 clothes fit "just right". Now its time to start dropping sizes and get into those size 10's. Baby steeps....I just keep saying "one day at a time, thats all and can control". I'm not thinking about meals past on day at a time. It has been tough, but I'm stronger then it and I will do this!

Today was my first weight in after a week. I am going to try to weight only one a week, on Mondays. I can feel the differance a little in my clothes, but still have a ways to go.

Today is day three. I dont want to weight myself but once a week, on Mondays. I am whatching what I eat, but relizing that I eat more carbs then I thought. I need to look up protien options and lay off the carbs more. The medication is helping. Clothes feel a fraction better all ready, but no noticable differance. It will take time, I pray I start to see some results within 2-3 weeks.

Today is a new day. After fighting my weight for about a year (if not longer), I am starting Phentermine 37.5mg tomorrow. Please loard I pray, let this be the help I need to stay strong, eat healthy, stay focussed and continue with my excersize and diet...Amen. I know I have a good regiment down and my diet is not bad. I just stuck and I truely hope this is what breaks me free.
