I am a 45 year old mom of three boys. My oldest son is 19, then I have a seven year old and a five year old. My house is a high stress house because my seven yr old has disabilities. He is bi-polar, adhd, and has Opposiotional Defience Disorder. Needless to say the five year old tries to copycat him. I also work full time and I am enrolled in college fulltime. Diets are hard for me to stick to and follow because I don't have a lot of spare time for myself. But with my health problems I have to find the time or I will end up with a heart attack.

sleeping horrible since started dieting & exercising why???????
Hi Tylinmarie,
I too have been having trouble sleeping. I can't sleep though because I feel so hungry! I won't eat anything after 6:30, I try to eat supper no later than 5:30 but sometimes our schedule stops that from happening. I don't know what else to do, I have tried drinking lots of water but then I am up running to the bathroom.
